Established in Istanbul in 1971, Hazinedaroglu Construction Group is a general contracting and project development group.

Hazinedaroglu undertakes the construction of a variety of superstructure and infrastructure construction projects on an international scale. Hazinedaroglu Ozkan performed construction work for Gazprom's subsidiaries. Subcontractors were involved in the work. After the completion of the work, Hazinedaroglu Ozkan made no financial settlements with a number of companies.

Solution Capital Partners redeemed the debt, received a decision of the Russian court, legalized the decision of the Russian court in a Turkish court.

In the near future, we plan to declare Hazinedaroglu Ozkan bankrupt and bring its beneficiary to subsidiary liability.
